The caravan we were in was beginning to show it's age. Seating cushions were damaged, pillows badly stained. Housekeeping really needs to up their game. Staff were great and it's a nice site which was located perfectly for what we wanted to doRooms: 3/5
As touring guests we pitched up on the Warren field, the ground maintained except for a few holes and dips.. toilet block was clean and checked regularly by the staff.. it was also nice to see the security drive round regularly too. Didn't have to use the barrier pin because the barriers were never down in the 5nights we were there .. couldn't fault the entertainment team as everyone was so nice and chatty ..
We had a great time and we were very impressed with the caravan we stayed in for the price we paid it was clean and very modern. There was lots to do on site and within the area and the staff were very friendly. The kids entertainment at night was great and our children absolutely loved it. The WiFi signal isn't great when in the caravan and neither is a mobile data signal. Also the food and drink is pricey but it is a site that is well worth staying at and I would definitely go again. Thank you for a lovely stay.
The food is good, the people really friendly and it’s just a lovely site. In particular Dan in the restaurant and Sophie in sales have really impressed us. Both super helpful but you can tell they actually care and I feel like they are more like friends now too. We liked it that much, we bought a caravan here! Nearby activities: High-ropes, play park, swimming pool, club, arcades. Food & drinks: Good gluten free choices. A restaurant, fish and chip shop, pizza place, ice cream.
Not impressed at all. Booked a family get a way my wife and 2 kids with our family staying on the site in separate caravans. We upgraded to deluxe whilst our family booked gold, there caravans were nicer and cleaner than ours. We arrived at 3:30 for a 4pm check in had a look at the site and went to check in. We were given our keys and made our way to the caravan, the cleaning team were still in there, this went on for about 20 minutes with 2 very excites children bouncing around the car waiting. We went to the entertainment at night the bar is an absolute rip off. The bingo was 9 pound for half a book, this bingo included all off the park dean resorts. The raffle tickets were 5 pound The club shop sold light and bubble wands that are sold at Asda for 3 pound however they were charging 13. All the activities were fully booked so we couldn't join any and unfortunately the prices once again would mean that we were priced it from joining. Very disappointed over all and won't be returning nor will I be recommending
We booked on the resort with our tourer & were immediately impressed with the cleanliness & how tidy the site was. We enquired if there were any seasonal pitches available and Ceris in the main reception went above & beyond to help us. So much so we have now got the tourer here until at least the end of October. The site team of Sarah & David are another great asset to the park as they too are always at hand to help. We are looking forward to a wonderful summer with our family here. Nearby activities: There are numerous nearby activities, all a short distance from the park. Walkability: The park has great access to the surrounding areas with most in walking distance.
Ideal as the problem we had was sorted quickly, it isnt too noisy at night the gulls make the most noise but they are funny. We stayed for 10 days and enjoyed it there is lots to do and see if you drive.
Arrived and we're seen to promptly. Got settled into the Caravan, cleanliness was very good. Had an issue with the boiler. Due to this we were upgraded, which wasn't necessary but very much appreciated. It would have been nice to know about entertainment on the evening in the packs as the day-time did not apply to us. Besides that all staff were fantastic, special mention to the staff member in the arcades for putting up with our antics of prize winning! Wonderful place and time we had.
Visited site, while on holiday very clean, usually stay at gt Yarmouth holiday park, seem a bit pricey on bought food ie fish /chips, cannot have delivery from smkts on there plenty to do for kids. Well looked after park with large swimming pool.
A brilliant holiday park pretty close to the beach you do have to go over a bridge over train tracks to get to the beach. There is plenty to do on the site. The arcade is pretty big and the slimming pool is a decent size with a slide too.Rooms: 5/5
