What the hell happened? We used to go to twisted monkey every Wednesday and it was great. Tricks behind the bar, live music? Even a drinks menu would you believe it. We went last night and this place SUCKS! We thought we would check it out as we have not been for a while because it's not been open during the week. On entry it cost £3 each and we were told we got a free shot, 2 4 1 cocktails all night etc. Went inside to the bar and they didn't have a menu.. ANYWHERE! We asked for one and they seemed confused and clueless, so we asked what drinks they had and they could name 3 cocktails (cosmopolitan, sex on the beach and bloody mary) they couldn't even  make a bloody Mary because he said he didn't know how. How do you work at a bar/club and not know how to make cocktails?? Talked to different member of staff and no one seems trained. They made our cocktails without a shaker? They literally looked like they were pulled of the street for the night to help out. We had to go back and forth to different members of staff including the door man because nobody knew about the offers which were told to us on entry. Ridiculous! We Couldn't believe how shocking the service was tbh. This place must be under new management or something because it used to be amazing, such a shame. I wouldn't give this place 1* but that's not an option. Never going again!

A quick drink at happy hour after work. Nice venue was there early before it got louder.

Lovely if you are under 20's. Good price and nice cocktails.

Unable to serve cocktails or draft beers. Staff rude spoilt a good night!!!!
