The play area is brilliant for younger children, the adult seating area gives good views of the play areas to keep an eye on your children as they navigate the obstacles building their confidence and problem solving skills. 
However I was disappointed in the cleanliness or lack of it within the play area. In the under 3 section there was thick dust and dirt between the play mats. There were many soft toys which looked very grubby and will be impossible to clean on a daily basis. Also there was thick dust on the netting surrounding the equipment. 
The fire escape door was very easy for my 3 year old grandson to master and he opened it several times; this door led straight into the car park. 
It is such a shame as this could be a brilliant place that we would want to return to but unless the things I've highlighted improve I don't think we will be back.

Beautiful indoors play ground for kids. The best part is that you can be seated with a cup of tea while watching your kids play. It's indoors so you don't get cold like the outdoor parks.

The kids had a ball here, great place and you can see them wherever they are which I loved! Great food and service

Good play area. Could do with some further options on menu as quite limited. Overall good place to visit

Indoor soft play area. Lots of parking. Great  place for kids birthday parties.
