Just got my second burnt parmo on the trot from this place. I called the manager to complain, it transpires that it was the manager that served me, and she accused me of lying! The manager knew the product was burnt and still put it in the box; happy to take my money for a product that was inedible which is tantamount to theft.

The only thing worse than the parmo was the attitude of the manager in handling my complaint. 

Avoid at all costs until the manager is replaced and they listen to customer feedback.

Most of the time the foods really good. We use regency a lot and only been let down with burnt or incorrect orders a couple of times.
