My granddaughter Elsie who will be four in July and I were in Hampton Court Palace on Tuesday 13th June 2017 and we were told that the Queen was coming. Whilst we were waiting we were able to speak to two really lovely policemen, I think one of them was called Ken, I feel really bad for forgetting their names, they were so nice and really kind to Elsie and one of them even carried Elsie and he told us that he has a young son and I took their photos. They told us that they were from Twickenham Police Station. Elsie was just so thrilled, she just could not stop talking about the two policemen and also how she waved her flags as the Queen's car drove passed us. I would just like to say thank you to all those policemen and policewomen who were there that afternoon. You are all a great group of people and I know sometimes you get such negative feedback from the public but really I have nothing but praise and admiration and thanks for all the good work that you all do.

They don't take crime seriously here, laughed in our faces about a serious threat although i guess an ounce better than teddington police station (its closed).

Two officers stationed in Twickenham took me to the place in Teddington where my wife had parked our brand new car, before continuing her journey to Wimbledon bridge club with a friend. One of our car's windows had been left open. A local resident informed the police. Two officers known to me only as Rachel and Tony came to our house to inform me, then took me in their van to the parking place. Tony checked the car, closed the window and drove me home again, feeling very relieved. We will always be indebted to Rachel and Tony. I'm sure the car feels the same way!

Calls to 101 from a Mobile are costly. Demotivating people to report crimes in the area. With all the added recorded messages and holding cost me £2.50 to report antisocial behaviour. I had heard crime doesn't pay but paying to report it is too far
