I had all my radiators replaced, a bathroom renovated totally and damp repair to a downstairs cloakroom. This is the second bathroom this company has refurbished for me. All the work was done to quote, on time and with the minimum of disruption. We were rarely without water except for very short periods. The whole process was done with the minimum of mess and each evening we were left with a really clean house. All the staff were extremely pleasant and courteous. I cannot recommend them more highly and have done so to neighbours.

I contacted Twickenham Green Plumbing as I like to support local services. Experience of booking the appointment and the plumber visit was excellent. I had some water damage and I wasn't sure of the cause. Plumber arrived on time, was friendly, informative and did a thorough job. Took one look at my cream carpet and took his shoes off at the entrance which I thought was really respectful. I did have a rather uncomfortable experience with administration regarding a report that the plumber had committed to providing but this was quickly cleared up after speaking to Nick who was most professional and followed through on what was agreed. Overall a professional service and I would use them again, but would be clear on discussions around costs and deliverables before any future engagements.

We are Landlords and found this a very professional and helpful company. We will continue to use them for all our plumbing needs. They turned up on time, were tidy, very polite and friendly and completed the work in a timely manner. Happy to give them 5*.

Shocking!!! Never use them unless you want your property to be damaged and end up resolving in court!! They installed a boiler in our house that we currently rent out. While carrying out the works they destroyed our brand new bathroom and refused to fix it - see pictures attached. They had to remove the front bath panel to get access to waste taps, apparently, which they never told us about, nor asked for permission, never highlighted risks associated with it. Our tenant let them in to do the work and when got back found the damage.The front panel was ripped off (not carefully removed - ripped off!!) along with the corner of the brand new plastic bath tab, the bath tab itself is also cracked! All this was left as it is - they must must have realised the extend of the damage and just left it as it is! When i contacted the plumber (Nicholas Simmons) he replied that there was no other way of getting to the taps and it all was done "in good faith and for our benefit" (!) and he can not fix the bath panel back as it was not installed correctly in the first place, the bath corner is snapped and so be it ! When I tried to explain that the cost of the damage to our bathroom is probably higher than the cost of the boiler and I should have been asked for permission to carry on the works once they realised they'd need to rip off the bath panel and had been made aware of the damage that might be caused, he turned nasty, simply shouted at me and hung up! Sent him an email asking to come back and fix it. Never heard from him since. We paid them in full in good faith , as we are based overseas and our tenant was away for over a week, we believed them but little did we know. Shocking!

I rang to book an appointment for somebody to look at my underfloor heating. Was told there would be no charge to inspect the system and provide a quote. Quite surprised to be presented with a bill at the end of the appointment. The owner totally missed the point when I tried to explain why this isn't acceptable. I paid the bill. Needless to say I won't be using them again
