The staff at Twelve salon are brilliant, do a perfect job every single time! The staff are so nice and friendly and always make me feel welcome in the shop, wouldn’t get my hair done anywhere else! Would highly recommend and don’t let those bad reviews put you off!!! Keyboard worriors are very sad people!

The girl who cut my hair must have been drunk as she kept dropping the scissors and cut her finger last time I was here. I asked for a trim and showed a picture of myself how I usually have it and the resulting cut was so short I couldn’t do a single thing about it. The owner offered a free cut to make things right. This was back in February. I had to wait for my hair to grow back until something could actually be done with. I’ve been trying to book For them to correct things as promised and they just don’t want to get back to me so it just goes to show how little they care about righting the wrong which is clearly a brilliant way to run a business. Shame really as they used to do a really good job but not anymore. Maybe they should stop talking about their holidays, Harry Potter and dance competitions and pay more attention to what they’re doing to prevent future massive balls ups. For those who are considering going here for the first time I urge you to take your business elsewhere.

Always a great haircut, friendly staff only down side is the parking in the area.

Always a smile when you walk in the door, very rarely too busy to see you and the prices are great. Polly and her team are professional and very welcoming.
