Abseloutely disgusting service! Woman was extremely rude and ignorant she also went off cutting other clients hair inbetween the appointment. I would not recommend this place to anyone. My sister went in for a spiral perm due to slight hair loss, woman did not take any precautions, patch tests etc. did not explain the damage it could do to her hair, did not provide any information for aftercare beside "cream is better but moose will do if you lather your hair in water aswell and diffuse it dry". She questioned her technique and said "I hope it holds" which is ridiculous! She used wrong techniques as been told by a PROFESSIONAL hair dresser who works with textured hair. Her 'perm' dropped out straight after she walked out the shop even after the woman with ginger hair sprayed a TON of hairspray on her hair in hopes that it would hold long enough. Went for a refund and she was once again extremely rude but not much suprise as the service that has been like that from the beginning. Ginger haired woman brushed her hair after 'perming' it with a normal flat brush. My sister has had an allergic reaction and her scalp is burnt due to use of chemicals without ANY precautions taken and has lost clumps of hair. Would recommend a professional place other than this. This place is Strictly unprofessional and should not be doing hair!Service: Perms
I never leave reviews but feel badly let down by Megs and Marie from hair beautiful in Waltham , I had appointment with Marie for 12 o’clock today which I booked over a month ago and had a message yesterday reminding me to turn up. I arrived for my appointment to find Megs closed up, I tried phoning Megs first but couldn’t get through so I phoned Hair beautiful to try and find out what was happening, The girl said Marie was ILL and she would get someone to call me, after waiting over two hours I called again ,the girl said I told you Marie was I’ll and was not at all bothered and said she would get someone to call,still waiting after nearly 5hours and no call,, I think they are totally unprofessional and I feel badly let down on top of Xmas would definitely not recommend
After using a home hairdresser for the past 30 years I was nervous about my visit., but from start to finish I was made to feel welcome. I was offered advice on my choice of style. The staff are brilliant and very friendly. I have even booked my next appointment I enjoyed the experience from start to finish and my hair looked great.
Really pleased with my hair,it was such a mess ,but Sam has totally transformed it,she has done an amazing job,listened to what l wanted, and l can't recommend highly enough,all staff seem lovely,very friendly atmosphere.Services: Hairstyling
Hi there, I haven't ever given feedback for services I have paid for until now, but I feel I must do so for the hair appointment I have just had at your salon in Cleethorpes. I am unsure who it was cutting my hair white/blonde bob, wearing a leopard print skirt and black t-shirt but I don't think I have ever had my hair cut by someone as rude as her in my entire life. She was giving attitude about what I wanted doing with my hair; her manner was extremely patronising, unprofessional and self-righteous, she was pulling my hair aggressively whilst cutting it but I felt so uncomfortable and awkward, I didn't ask her to not do so. I have honestly never had such a horrific experience at the hair dressers. I am also not happy with the cut itself. I want to send this feedback to the manager/owner as I know if it was my salon I would want to hear this for outcomes going forwards. I felt the pretty, brown haired girl washing my hair was divine, extremely professional and approachable but because of the latter experience, I will not be re-visiting your salon again. Staff atmosphere is fabulous and Emma who did my blonde balyage is a hair goddess The girls make sure everyone is wearing a mask, even visitors who pop for other reasons have to wear a mask before entering which was amazing to see.
I recently visited the salon to get a haircut in between periods of quarantine and lockdown and a new stylist named Jessie dealt with the matter in a highly skilled and professional manner. Very pleased with the results.
I have alopecia and am very self contious about it. The team here were patient and gentle with me. I was able to allow them to cut and style my hair. The hardest thing is to relax when cutting as most hairdressers try to balance the hair. When you have alopecia this isn't possible but most hairdressers don't listen and this adds to the stress. My hairdresser listen and I walked out smiling and have been back. Thank you
Jenny very welcoming. Caring .person .also Emma. I was overwhelmed . With a.quality and personal attention thay gave me ..I was totally transformed. When thay finished styling my wig. I felt like a different women .thankyou so much .
