Really authentic Hong Kong flavours with no MSG added to the tasty soup bases.nToppings were very uniquely HK-styled and flavourful. I like their signature spicy soup base most. I wonder if any locals can stand their 'hottest' spicy soup though! nFluffy fish puff is my top recommendation!nnThey are happy to fine-tune the tastes e.g. slightly more sour preserved veg, or spiciness between mild and medium, etc. to suit every single customer's unique wants and tastes, which is really thoughtful! The only thing is that, during peak hours, the waiting time could be a bit longer, but it is worth the wait.nnAdd oil, Hongkongers!n
We arrived in Trafford late and hurry to have dinner. The shop close at 8pm but we arrived at 7:45pm. They saved our lives by allowing us to get it and have an expected delicious dinner!!!The tomatoes soup noodles + ox tongue was yummy!! The winter melon tea also very good!! Highly recommended
Pleasure of lunch at Turtley Wok, and it was an absolute delight. The owner's friendliness and helpfulness stood out, as they inspired us with great meal options. We opted for their special soup noodles, with a remarkable addition of tomato soup, which was amazing. The rich, flavorful tomato soup blended perfectly with the noodles, creating a unique and delicious taste experience. The cozy ambiance and excellent service added to the overall memorable experience. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Turtley Wok and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comforting, flavorful meal in a welcoming atmosphere.
Delicious noodles with different flavours to choose from. They are very welcoming and helpful however a tad slow due to popularity. Will come again and hopefully try a different flavour of noodle soup!
Delicious noodles. Recommended the mushroom, fish puff, beef tendon & BBQ pork. Taiwan taro ball desert also is my favorite. Probably will come again soon.
