In response to your reply!!! Id like to highlight that my item was collected over 2 weeks ago now! and one week later when i got in touch to find out when i will be refunded, you said you had no record of it being collected?! So i emailed again this week since i hadn't heard anything and you haven't replied AGAIN. Please do not reply to my review and claim my information is incorrect when it is very clear you are unorganised and have extremely poor customer service. I also find it CRAZY you have time to reply to reviews and don't have the time to deal with your customers!! Ordered 3 items. One was good, the other smelled very bad and came damaged and the third wasn't as expected. I ordered nearly 4 weeks ago and received a confirmation email. After two weeks I called to asked why it hadn't been or when it was going to be dispatched (not did not say online it wasn't in stock) and I was called back two days later to say it would arrive by then end of next week. It did not. It arrived the beginning of the week after and I actually received the dispatch email after it arrived?! I have contacted them about the damaged product and have been asked to forward pictures as another team will have to decide. Quite nervous about the journey ahead, feeling unsure whether I'm going to be refunded of whether it's going to be a bit of a disaster. The returning email offered the £33 off my damaged coffee table or 10% off my next order! It's offers no solution to my damaged item!! Basically saying I'm keeping it?! Not pleased. Very disappointed I waited to so long for it to come damaged and with a very unpleasant smell and no, it's not just the packaging. There's seems to be communications issues within the business as it was advertised online as in stock?! Also when it arrived was different to the email?! Please read the terms and conditions as they aren't very generous and had I been busy with my baby I might not have opened it and called within 48 hours!

Excellent staff and products. Everything came on time and I received a call confirming the delivery time. Would recommend to anyone.

Bought a double bed with advice from the owners , and I am delighted . They did everything,all I had to do was sleep in it!! Excellent service, I would certainly recommend them. Mrs Stewart Hartburn.
