Can you believe that its Southern Service station and the staff is like ghost. They were pretending that they are not there. Then why company is paying them and allowing them to represent Southern Service like that.nYoungsters were Wapping on platform but staff was ignoring them. Seems like law is going to disappear from UK. So much disappointed
I liked this station it's interesting having a tunnel at each end of the station.nI only used the station to visit the wetherspoon pub as I was traveling from London.nThere are bus stops outside the station.
I wanted to buy a senior rail card and then a return to Birmingham in 2 days.nThe ticket office is closed for no apparent reason and nobody at the ticket machine to help. When I did manage to input my destination, the ticket price is double that on trainline and I still couldn't buy a senior railcard.nThis service is totally inadequate.nThe ticket office staff when they are there are pleasant enough, hence i gave 2 stars, otherwise I would give zero if I could.
Staff can be very helpful but a newer member is extremely rude and likes to threaten young girls or get his friends to do it! Shocking! It's shocking Southeastern would allow people like this to represent their name!
Great place to visit. Shops, cafés, restaurants, book shops, theatre, other shops.
