I think its about time this station was upgraded!!!nnThe amount tickets cost now to go to london and the amount of times the trains are either delayed or cancelled is shocking! At least give us a bit of comfort and more shelter when the trains are not going to turn up on time!!nnIts often very busy here, so I think an upgrade is totally in order.nnI am lucky, I only live a 5 minute walk from here, so its handy to have, access is good if you are walking, you dont have to worry about parking your car. If you have a car, there probably wont be anywhere to park it here.nnThe only issue with this station is, when coming from london to high brooms, there is no disabled access to get off platform 2. Its all stairs!! That could create an issue for some. Again, this is why this station needs to be upgraded!! come on, spend some of that £££££ you take from us on sorting this out!
Really easy, ticket machine for when the office is shut and trains every thirty minutes. Great!
The ticket machines are often out of order but you can always buy tickets on the train. Good regular service into London and down to the coast. Restricted parking which is expensive.
Very busy during commuting hours, ticket machines and office will have queues. Few bins or benches on the platform. Exits on one side down an alley onto a quiet road, the other side onto a busy road. Little parking. Good for access to London.
Very quick and efficient service, staff are always cheerful. Trains are spot on time, and info on times has never been incorrect. However the self service ticket machine barely passes as a touch screen...
