Enjoyed our visit. New layout is much better and gives a nice seating area. Kids had a great time. They both enjoyed the kids lunch boxes- glad to see healthier options available. The place is very clean. Toilets and baby change very clean. We are impressed with the improvements they’ve made and will be back.
We visited here today with my child and niece. On arrival we were very impressed with the new flooring however that was the only thing we were impressed with. The place was absolutely freezing and we were sat in the baby area which supposidly is warmer than the other areas. The prices are extortionate. They also informed us that they didn't sell chips anymore as they smell when cooking. We purchased sausage rolls and the children hardly touched them so we asked for something to take them home in, a lovely young lady gave us 2 cardboard boxes and within 60 seconds the older lady came over and took them off us and was quite rude about them. She offered to wrap them in cling film but the children were going to eat them in the car so we politely declined. Who wants their kid playing with cling film. We will not be vising here again and if I was the young worker I would find a better place to work with a better boss. I can see your reply just tries to justify your bad behaviour. I will make sure I share this with my friends and family so they don't waste their hard earned cash.
In spite of the negative reviews we have had excellent experiences with this place, even more so since the takeover. We have recuperated the hours we lost before the flood damage, they have honoured them and then some. It's now spacious, clean, bright and airy and is the perfect temperature if you're running and climbing around as intended! the kids love it, there are awesome new play til you win games and the new menu is much healthier, it doesn't always smell of grease, not that we mind chips on occasion! Staff are absolutely lovely, we HAVE been allowed our own drinks and snacks within reason for the kids not wandering in with Costa and McDonald's but adequate water/juice and a quick yoghurt not to mention they always provide tap water when asked. The price is high now but as everywhere else, they need to survive in the current climate. Thank you Tumble Town for making my little boy so happy and helping us to make beautiful memories after a terrible year
Great soft play! Heard a lot about the increase in price but I reckon it’s great for what you get. It’s all cleanly and bright, accommodates for all ages, spacious, wonderful and polite staff, great menu selection and quality and the slots to book online ensure it’s not overrun! Couldn’t recommend more!
It's the 1st time we've been since it's been renovated. Tumble town looks much better clean, fresh and friendly staff. Thank you to the lady in the picture who went above and beyond for my 6-year-old son who has Autism. She was so understanding of his needs it makes our life easier and meltdown free. Thank you again the only criticism is the website.& wrap up it's freezing inside especially if your not running around with the kids. Next time ill know to book on line!!!! Thank you once again xx
New TUMBLE TOWN. Clean and set sessions which I love! I've always come tumble town, from my own childhood to my kid. Up until closure it was great value, great food and welcoming. Since reopening,I'm a little shocked. A jacket potato is £7.99 !!! The food is sadly very over priced! No buttys/burgers etc no more. Snacks are limited. Sells salad jackets and paninis N Pizza is 10er! Cost to get in is up, hour n half now for £6.50 plus adults have to pay, I understand COST of living is UP, I'd not mind but it's freezing in there, like very!! It is Very clean. Which is good. I don't understand why they'd ruin a good thing!!
Good food. Lovely helpful staff. Looks great since being renovated. Was worth the wait!! I've never been to such a clean soft play area. Son had a fantastic time.
These new staff are shockingly rude! I walked in with my daughters and partner who at the time was taking dextro tablets to bring her up from her diabetic low and she’s told to put them away and buy something off them. Prices are crazy We explained and she was rude and unapologetic towards her. I will never return to this place. Charging over the odds for basic food and drinks. Not letting kids drink there own drinks in a play centre. This isn’t even adult friendly constantly patrolling round staring down on parents making some other parents we spoke to feeling intimidated and not wanting to come back just because the way they make you feel while being here. Oh and the tea
Soft play is great for the kids, but the menu is shocking, the prices such as the bacon cob, £3.95. the menu is very misleading and limited. It's always cold, so wear a jumper and bundle your kids up to start with, wear double socks if possible
I love this place so much! Me and my 11month old daughter have been coming for the last few months now and I feel my daughter has found herself due to visiting here. Normally we would explore the whole place but on busy days we tend to stick to the under 18 month area as the area is check regularly to make sure there's no bigger kids and I can let me daughter explore without the fear of accident happening. The entry fee is low so it makes for q cheap day out and a very tired out child at the end
