Me and my girlfriend went in store to book our first independent holiday abroad. We spoke to Laura and she was extremely helpful in making sure we got the best location and the best price. Thank you Jodie for being such a great help in us getting our holiday booked.  It is a refreshing change these days to have someone who is willing to go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy and this is exactly what Jodie did despite many questions we found our perfect holiday. The whole team at TUI Holiday Superstore in Telford are exceptional and come highly recommended I wont be booking another holiday anywhere else!

We have booked several holidays in this store now and have to say, that the support and guidance from Emma has been fantastic. Despite us being very indecisive, Emma has helped to identify the perfect options for us. She has a great knowledge of the different holidays and hotel options, which has enabled us to pinpoint our perfect holiday. She has also gone out of her way to look into things for us and share all of the options, at no point did we feel like we were being rushed or anything. Would recommend booking with her.

We popped into the Telford store and were greeted by Roxanne. We knew where we wanted to go and we were after an opinion and suggestions of something similar but potentially cheaper. Roxanne told us she had not long got back from the destination we chose and really recommended and said she’s planning on going back. She even showed us some pictures from her holiday from there which we really appreciated. She knew the area and told us what is around which was really helpful. This assured us what we initially found is a good choice and something suitable for us. Overall we were pleased with Roxanne’s service and help. Thank you.

After deciding to book our first cruise , we were super excited but we had no knowledge at all what to look out for but we were so pleased to sit down with Laura who took her time to explain all the details thoroughly also based on her own cruise experience. Her expertise was outstanding. So, 30 minutes later, the cruise was booked - she also granted us a great discount - thank you again. All in all, Laura's service was excellent, informative, helpful and also very friendly and chatty too which made us very welcome.  defo 5 stars !!!

Laura was such a great help and joy to sort some holiday stuff out with! Very helpful and mindful of my deaf partner too. Absolutely will come back if we ever need some help or to book another one!

Booked at the TUI store with Emma. We’ve sat and booked with Emma a number of times now and she is absolutely brilliant at her job.  It’s always good to go in store to sit down and have a chat about locations and hotels before you commit to the booking, Emma knows her stuff and we always pick a great hotel. Would always recommend sitting down and booking with Emma.

Roxanne was very professional and made us feel at ease. She found us a great holiday to Lanzarote. Thank you so much for you time warm welcoming. We will definitely be returning to book future holidays.

10/10. Had a fabulous experience at the Telford TUI store. We were professionaly managed by Keeley, nothing was too much trouble and we came away booking a fabulous holiday in Bulgaria. Would highly recommend, ask for Keeley!

Wow what can I say I was initially anxious about booking a surprise holiday on my own but  Izzy at Telford superstore made the experience so easy and straightforward. Really looking forward too the holiday now just wish I could give 10 stars , would highly recommend thanks for the help really appreciated.
