I recently used Thomas Cook for a flight from Los Angeles to Manchester. My flight was delayed going out and when we finally did depart our flight returned 2 hours into flight to Las Vegas due to technical fault on engine. Upon landing in Las Vegas no representative from Thomas Cook was there to assist customers in their onward stay at hotel. Also, they only sent 4 minibuses for transfer of 250 people to hotel. Our flight home was delayed until following evening and all our information regarding time of departure etc was obtained from staff at hotel. Our scheduled flight for evening was delayed 3 hours plus as they were still trying to fix the same plane which we returned on. We never saw a representative from Thomas Cook until we reluctantly got on plane again. I have serious issues with their safety measures and customer service.

Got euros from here 105 to £ as I was in town. When I got home checked and if I had ordered online and collected from same shop would have saved £20. It was 115 to £. Not happy.....
