absolutely brilliant when booking so very helpful but beware as soon as you've paid them deposits no one wants to help, even simply talking to someone you cant without a call back from them and they say they have tried to call you when actually they haven't my holiday booking experience is one long problem im hoping the holiday its self is a better experience (that's if it actually happens) word of warning if you don't have to make any amendments you should be ok I've booked twice with these and the first holiday went ok just a few niggles with the booking but this will be my last holiday booked with Thomson after this experience :(
