Hi, i have been in to the shop on a number of occasions looking at holidays for me and my daughter. Every time i have been in the staff have always been really welcoming and helpful. I booked a holiday with Rachel and she was amazing and explained everything. It was nice to speak to another member of staff who had been to the same resort i was looking at. She told me all the places we could walk to that we could explore and that sounded perfect. We are so excited for our holiday in August. It will be our first holiday abroad since Covid.
Cannot recommend enough! Booked online and had issues with loading the app and questions I wanted to ask so i went into your branch in nottingham and spoke to a lovely lady Marie who sorted everything out for me and my family next time I book a holiday I will be booking in store such a friendly team that are very helpful!

Can't believe I booked our honeymoon 2 years ago booked seats with extra leg room to sit next to each other, staff member gave me our seat numbers. I said I can't see these on app and was told they don't always show on there. I was getting worried called them again to be told seats are not booked payment taken they made a mistake no apology just told me they can refund me to sit in normal seats together, I told them I paid extra leg room due to my disability and my partner is tall...or I could sit behind each other for a 12 hour flight to mexico not together for our honeymoon
Shocking, quick enough to take payment. When we came to collect money for holiday, rep was rude. Flight was delayed going and comming back. No tui staff to be seen anywhere. Will never use again

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY More trouble with Tui booked to go to Morocco pre Covid havd trsnsfeted dud to Covid x2 but they still charged me. Now they want to charge me again without my knowing which seat I will be allocated on the aircraft. I want to know this before I amend as my amendment depends on thd extra leg room seats. When I booked they should have told me all this about the seats but they said nothingthey werd told all aboug my disability but no one mentioned welfard seats that are free! I wonder why because they ard free and they only think money. I wish I had never booked with Tui but Jet2 do not do Agadir. Jet 2 are far superior to Tui as far as flights are concerned and you can pick thr seat you require. The Manager Rachel refused to give me her Area Managers name too. The other day dhe told me it was not possible to give me a breakdown of the total holiday cost. I am not prepared to pay another 50.00 without knowing the seat is suitable. She refuses to contact welfare to see what is avaliable untilI have amended and then if there is not a bulk head seat aisle what do I do.????? Then they will charge me anothef 50.00for amending again. Its just ridiculous. If I had known this was the system I would never have booked she says thete is nothing she can do as dhe was nog thete at the time but whoever made the booking should have told me. It is TUIs fault for not telling me.
Chloe was amazing when I popped into the store on Monday with an issue I was having. She went above and beyond to assist me, leaving me with everything sorted. Thank you so much, will pop in before we go to get our currency. :
My husband came in to buy Euros on the 20th September . I came in on the 2nd of October to change some back. I was asked by the very friendly cashier if I had bought the buy back deal for £4, I said I didn't know anything about this as my husband had changed them and not mentioned this. she advised me that I would be losing out but not by how much. It wasn't till my husband came home we realised that between us we had lost £70! We were both shocked and annoyed by this as he wasn't told about the buy back deal or he would of done it. When I rang back the next day to complain all they could say was sorry and they couldn't do anything about it unless it was on the same day. There are clearly training issues here , why can't you have a system in place to get the customer to sign to say they have been told about this? Basically it's my husbands word against yours . I have my receipt and a number with the consultants number on so why don't you know who that consultant is ? my husband discribed her and thought her name was Laura but apparently there are lots of Laura's I have always used Thomas cooke for currency and have always got back what I gave them without any issues. I will not be returning again or recommending and it's true what they say you are more likely to tell of a bad experience than a good one.
