Been calling since 1pm on a Saturday to get through to make a payment on my holiday. It is now 1.30pm and the phone just rings incessantly. No answering machine or anything. It would be easier for someone to just answer the damn phone take my number and call me back when free. I will definitely NOT book another holiday through this useless company!!!

Do not book your holiday at this branch!! They have no interest, we waited in branch for 15 minutes with a two year old who was getting bored ready to book our holiday.  It was a Monday afternoon with one customer sat down with a consultant whilst the other consultant stood there chatting to another in front of us.  This is acceptable for two minutes but not to even acknowledge us is disgusting behaviour!! These branches survive solely because of people like us wanting to sit down and speak to someone!! We booked our holiday through Thomas Cook in the end, when we left we bought it to their attention it was awful behaviour, they looked up from their conversation and then continued as we walked out the door.
