don't buy no ticket from them the adviser are rude, not helpful refuse you to talk to the manager, no help they don't refund ticket only give taxes fare back and it take the 6 weeks to refund you £80. they inform you different information they don't informed you of there term and condition they just take your money with no good service, ticket are non refundable im a disabled they treated me so terrible and they was aware of my condition

If there was a way to rate them zero stars, I would. 1 star is generous. They oversell flights intentionally, then hang up on you when you call for service.

报了2018年五月的导游培训班。然后突然通知改期。原本好不容易请了假计划参加培训班，不仅损失了时间还损失了工资。要求退款，过了一个多月，还没有退款，打电话给财务部，财务部转电话到导游部，然后导游部接电话的人连我的名字都没有问就说知道我是谁，说不知道财务部会什么时候退款给我。 今天再打电话，提示电话号码不存在。决定到信用卡公司提起退款申诉。欧美嘉，诈骗。

WARNING! WARNING! my experience is too bad not to be shared here but my advice is never book with omega travel. I think all their sales agent have been thought how to lie and you will never any good information from them. I have been calling for a refund almost four months now it still not been received. they are keeping my dads refund and anytime i call they tell me to hang on. my last call took 1hr 10 minute before I finally got so called manager to talk to. so omega travel enough is enough we don't wont any business with your company anymore. PLEASE DON'T BOOK ANYTHING WITH OMEGA TRAVEL PEOPLE.

Never again. The rudeness of omega travel staff is beyond a joke. Thought I was getting a 'good' deal but have actually paid a small fortune booking and paying for my seat reservations on top. Avoid them like the plague. Awful experience.
