My wife and I cannot thank "Lorna" at TUI Glenrothes enough for her patience and professionalism. Consistently cheerful, helpful and very knowledgeable, she could not have been more helpful. Her customer handling management style was an example for others to aspire to reach. She helped source numerous options, never once tried to force the issue and was continually upbeat. We left feeling content that she helped us secure a good deal for a holiday that we cannot wait to attend.  Thank you Lorna and to be honest all the team including the manager at TUI shop who are so friendly and clearly a good team.

Visited the Glenrothes store for the fist time and just wanted to send a massive thank you to Stephen for all his valuable expertise and helpful hints which made our trip to Turkey extra special. Will definitely book future holidays with Stephen again!

Just had to share my recent experience with Tui Travel in Glenrothes – it was absolutely brilliant! The minute I walked into their office, the atmosphere struck the perfect balance between professional and friendly. It made planning our family holiday so much more pleasant.  Now, Elaine and Cheryl there are something else! They really understand their stuff and listened carefully to what our family was after. They managed to tailor our holiday spot-on, mixing what we wanted with their extensive knowledge of all these amazing destinations.  I was particularly impressed with how smooth the booking process was. From picking our destination to sorting out all the details, everything was handled with top-notch professionalism. It's such a relief, you know, to feel this level of trust and ease when planning something as important as a family trip.  But what really sets Elaine and Cheryl apart is their personal touch. It's not every day you come across travel consultants who genuinely seem to care about your holiday as much as you do. Their enthusiasm and commitment were evident right from the start.  In a nutshell, my time with Tui Travel Glenrothes was nothing short of outstanding. The service from Elaine and Cheryl was professional, personal, and incredibly efficient. I'm already keen to start planning the next holiday with them and I'd wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone looking for a hassle-free, genuinely enjoyable travel planning experience. Excellent service!  I would normally book online but, as this was my first cruise, I decided to book in-store. I was given lots of great hints & tips from Lorna Allsop and her colleagues. I woudn't hesitate to book my next trip with Lorna.
