My friend jenny has booked her holidays here for year's. This year was my first time. Absolutely brilliant customer service by all the staff especially Stephen guppy. Nothing was a problem so helpful. He helped us book a great tui cruise. It was amazing. We have booked another for next year with Stephens help again. Can't recommend it enough. Brilliant service.

I always use TUI Glenrothes for booking my holidays, you always get an excellent personal service! I cannot recommend them enough. I have booked at least 10 vacations with them all have been hassle free! Special mention to Cheryl who is always on hand to answer my 500 questions, she is always happy to help and nothing is ever to much trouble!

Booked a trip to Disneyland Paris and could not have happier with the service. Lorna was friendly and helpful. She found me a booking that worked so well for me and made sure my holiday would be as amazing as possible. Will definitely be booking here again, asking for Lorna everytime.

Amazing service at this store, have always used for holidays. Elaine, Stephen and Cheryl always happy to give honest opinions and advice on locations to meet our needs, especially when travelling with other family members of differing generations. Excellent service from the girls at Tui Glenrothes. What a lovely bunch. We booked our holiday with Leia and she was fantastic. I was determined to not leave without booking and she found us exactly what we were looking for without the usual typical sales chat, she was just very honest and listened to what we were after. I always use TUI in Glenrothes to book my holidays, they are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I deal with Stephen Gubby, I have done for years and he always knows exactly what i'm looking for. He knows my taste and every recommendation has been spot on. He is a pleasure to speak to and really listens to what you want. He has a lot of knowledge and personal experience of many locations and this helps him give good advice about where to go. Nothing is too much trouble. I would definitely recommend TUI Glenrothes. Definitely 5 stars!

I went in to look at booking our first family holiday, Casey was exceptional in helping us gather all the information we needed and even suggested great holiday destinations for us. We will definitely be using to Casey to book our holiday!

Always use this shop to book my getaways wouldn't risk using anywhere else. Customer service always 1st class. Stephen couldnt help us more if he tried.
