I attended TUI today to book my holiday and was served by the sweetest and loveliest lady called Jade! She made the process quick, simple and efficient and talked me through all of my questions. I have never received such impeccable service before and can't recommend TUI Barnsley enough!

Friendly staff, super helpful and lovely atmosphere! A big thanks to Jade who took into consideration everything we were looking for and found us the perfect holiday. Took away all of the stress of having to do things ourselves, will definitely be back when looking at future holidays. Can't reccomend enough

Can’t recommend Rhys enough! I needed some Euros for my holiday and he couldn’t have been more helpful! Nothing was too much trouble, he was able to give me the best rate available and was more than friendly. Will be getting my currency from here every time now!

Went into TUI's Barnsley store today 14 June '24 to book a holiday for September 2025 to Corfu. We were attended to by Emma, who was really helpful and friendly, as all the staff are. Booking our holidays can be quite lengthy and intricate due to health issues, but Emma was very patient and knowledgeable. All in all a good experience booking our holiday. Thanks again to Emma.

Emma at Barnsley branch found us the perfect holiday tailored to our needs . Emma was very down to earth and friendly and offered a fantastic at-tentative service . Would recommend Barnsley branch their all very friendly .
