I would like to thank Wordsworth Travel for wasting a full day of my time when trying to book a holiday, i rang soon after opening with my details and a promise to get back to me within 5 to 10 minutes, after waiting nearly a full day i rang back again only to be told the same thing, the next time i rang i was told someone had tried contacting me several time but got no answer, i can only assume that someone else must have a load of missed calls.
