Been with this surgery a short while and they’ve been brilliant. There’s been a couple times where things went wrong 1 being the snow and there was only one doctor and 2 someone had collapsed in one of the doctors rooms and they had to wait a while for an ambulance. Now I was totally astounded at the general public giving these people hell over it!!!! Really???? Receptionists have to have a hard front to deal with the rude, nasty and very very demanding public. I have always been nice and understanding and guess what??? That’s what I get back!!! And to the staff I just don’t know how you do it but someone has to!! I slute you!!!! ❤️

Been a patient at this surgery for 3 an half years doctors and health care professionals are lovely once you can get an appointment to see them. However you have to negotiate the consistently bad and super rude receptionist, who don't seem to realise that people going there need to actually see a doctor. You can't get appointments for days and phone line are never answered. There seems to be a massive system failure at the front of house which they have the nerve to blame the patients for. I have been left with no option than to find another surgery. Which is a shame because the professionals are great here.

The worst surgery and doctors in the world! Leave my 2 year old screaming in pain from a water infection. Would not prescribe anti biotics until sample came back yet it was clear she had an infection! i was still contacting them 6 days later waiting for the doctor to comment on results back the next day...disgusting! Good job my daughter is now registered elsewhere or god knows what would have happened to her!

ive currently been on hold for 40 minutes with the phone just ringing...... my one month old has an eye infection and i cant even speak to the receptionist

What a waste of time. Can never get an appointment! And when you do they fob you off. I did stick with it and after seeing countless doctors and having tests that I didn't need to have wasting NHS money finally I found a doctor that knows exactly what I have and how to treat it. Great! However I've just phoned them to get a repeat prescription and after 5mins on the phone the receptionist hung up on me! So now tablets for the week.....so I will more than likely have all my symptoms back, won't be able to safely drive a car or function as a human being! Thanks again Tudor lodge. What a waste of time!
