Free access to 500 years of history
Tudor House is a unique slice of Tudor life in the heart of historic Worcester, run almost entirely by volunteers, who stepped in to take over the running of the museum when it was threatened with closure.
Built in the early 1500s for a local cloth maker, it is now a FREE museum where you can explore the different aspects of life in the city, watch textile demonstrations, discover how the Tudors would have lived and get involved with keeping the city’s heritage alive.
Seat yourself in the 17th Century tavern or nose around the 16th Century bedroom, peak in at the ARPs office or refresh yourself in our charming coffee shop, inspired by Richard Cadbury’s work here. Tudor House brings the lost stories of Worcester’s history to life!
