Great set of guys that work there. Purchased a road bike in 2020 and had them fit all the upgraded parts too. Always willing to help.

I accidentally reversed my Thule bike carrier into a low lying rock and damaged the tilting functionality.  TT Cycles initially inquired of Thule regarding replacement parts and, after discovering that Thule did not provide these, TT Cycles dismantled it and fixed it for me.  Many thanks to Mark who is a mechanical genius.  A fantastic service.

Excellent service. TT Cycles professionally resolved an awkward issue that would have otherwise resulted in significant personal financial loss due to a Cube bike failing part. Really amazing service from how the phone was answered when I called in the morning, to when I left with an e-bike in the afternoon. Dillon was patient and answered all my questions, most of which had already been answered before I got my list out anyway! I’m so happy with my bike and I feel I was given honest advice and genuine customer service, and will no doubt continue to receive great customer care and support in the future! Next with the 6 week free service included!

After visiting Evans, bikes n boards, Halfords who were aweful and other local shops me and my wife landed in TT cycles. What an awesome and helpful company!! They went above and beyond and it made it very easy to hand over money very reasonable for two excellent bikes and all the gear we needed to start an awesome journey into the MTB arena. I regularly use this shop for various repairs on my bike.  I dropped a wheel off for replacement bearings Today and it was ready for collection a few hours later.  Very pleased with the service and will definitely be visiting TT Cycles again!

Took cube eBike back for repair. Needed new motor after 2200miles. New motor fitted under warranty. Great people to deal with very knowledgable and most helpful

Great friendly and knowledgeable service! Took my bike in for some work on numerous occasions and TT Cycles had repairs my bike very quickly! even the same day. Also a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!!
