Ian did a powerflush for us, which British Gas determined when they serviced our boiler as less than complete. I called Ian several times to ask his opinion but he refused to answer my calls or return them. I can only conclude that he is less than trustworthy as he is not prepared to defend his position or help me redress the situation. I would suggest you avoid.

We initially asked Ian to give our system a power flush after our central heating started failing. Ian was able to diagnose what had led to us needing a power flush in the first place as well as completely fixing our central heating. His level of service was such that we were keen to have him do this other work to stop the problem recurring, all of which was completed in the timescale given for our agreed price. He even cleaned a part for us for no extra charge! We highly recommend Ian Pritchard!

We live in Bradford-on-Avon and have used Ian Pritchard Plumming and Heating twice to service our Vaillant boiler. We have found Ian very professional, trustworthy and friendly and would highly recommend him.
