I have been a customer of the TSB since 2004 and my account is held at Nantwich, the staff there are excellent, as are the staff at Winsford. Which is why I found it odd, when i talked a friend of mine into opening an account there. He stood in line at the counter, and when his turn came, he asked the very nice teller, i would like to open an account, she told him that he needed to sit round the corner, and wait for an advisor. He sat and waited, when a tall balding chap came out, my friend said that he would like to open an account. He was told.. sorry we are too busy, we can not do this today. He wasn't asked to make an appointment or anything else, just bluntly told they couldn't do this. My son is also changing from HSBC to TSB, he will be opening his account in Nantwich, which is a distance to travel from Northwich. Not a good advert....

After having issues at the Nantwich Branch, I went here expecting the same. However, unfortunately forgot their name, but they both went out their way to help me open my account! I was meant to go back, however it was approved online and no need. Even though I shouldn't have to come to this one, I will do from now on. Hopefully Nantwich can learn to deal with 'customers' like these here.
