I was in the Winsford branch today after being turned away from the Northwich branch after being told my request for a statement on headed paper and stamped in branch was not something they could do in branch ! The cashier was magnificent and provided me with this in minutes no problem at all and very pleasant and helpful.
Excellent branch very friendly and helpful staff, with most tills open most of the time also very handy that it's open until one on Saturday glad it's my local branch only negative is directly outside is taxi rank which means you can feel exposed when using cash machine

Online banking rubbish. Can't get on at home even ladies on site can't get me on. Technology getting sold a lemon.
