I have tried to set up an account in Branch but would have to wait 2 hours for someone to do this with me. I have tried online, but got stuck in a loop when I tried to set up the account in an alternative town to the branch the internet selected, although the internet provided the opportunity to choose a branch. I could not therefore complete the transaction so I then started again and chose the branch suggested. When I had completed the second application and chosen the suggested branch, I was told I already had an account and could not set up another!!! So where is my account? It has no money in it since I never got to that stage. I have just phoned both branches to arrange to come in to sort it out and set up an account, but both are 'too busy serving customers' to help, though their automated system will help me if I give them by sort code and a/c number..... Obviously I am not a happy customer, since TSB do not seem to want me as one.

I came here to the branch because on website it shipped it close at 2 pm. But it now shuts at 1pm Very disappointing.why can't you get your timings on website right.had a wasted journey Very poor customer service
