From a personal perspective I cannot fault the Redhill Branch of Lloyds TSB Bank in Surrey. Redhill is a hive of activity and queues should be expected: Sign of success I would say and no worse than anywhere in the London area. Prior to moving abroad and in the last 3 years whilst overseas the Staff have in my experience always been diligent and helpful. At one time I telephoned from Australia (9 hours ahead) and the young lady who took my call could not have been more cooperative or kind (as my 'card' had gone on the blink!). Problem sorted in 36 hours. Thank you, Redhill Lloyds TSB. Grateful Customer.

Long queues, appointments not kept, high fluctuation of staff who have either no idea, can't be bothered or simply wish they weren't there - oh, one more category: those who make you believe they know! Worst banking experience ever. You have been warned!!
