Can't give zero stars unfortunately. Don't have the audacity to go in 40 minutes before closing time expecting to make a simple counter transaction because they aren't interested. Obviously want to get paid to do nothing for the last hour as they were just sitting around. Zero help and told me basically not to bother coming back tomorrow Saturday either as they are open but can't be bothered to offer basic counter service. Might as well close this branch then as it's not fit for purpose. "The bank that likes to say 'No.'"
Terrible, so many problems with this branch. Customer service and customer needs r at the bottom of their list of important things.
