Obnoxious, self centred staff member quite clearly taking delight in telling me the counter closes at half 2 whilst the bank closes at half 3. I had taken time of work to go and pay in some stuff. What an utter waste of time this bank is. No wonder it's closing. Good riddance!!
Went into branch with copy of my dad's death certificate.We were told to sit at desk and then member of staff came over and demanded to know why we were there. We explained but she was verbally aggressive and obnoxious .We left and I was very upset as I lost my beloved dad very recently.
Wanting to speak to a real person,and having been told that I would have a wait of 40minutes,I waited for an hour and then tried the complaints line to be told that the wait there would be an hour or more.This is not service..it is an insult to customers.One star is over generous.This is not only a reflection on the Morpeth Branch but as it is impossible to speak to anyone there without going through the central system they are still a part of the problem.
Does not stay open until 5pm like every other bank. Very inconvenient when it's the only branch for miles. I will be switching banks as a result because I have needed to go to the branch after 3.30pm when it closes. Do not recommend over other banks in the area
Disappointed after travelling to bank because local branch is now closed could not do what I needed to do a very rude member of staff on the cashiers desk lovely lady on the self serve machine

It's great to have a branch in Morpeth, easily-accessible and centrally-located. A big thank you to the young lady cashier who resolved my "tenner" problem, immediately, with no hassle whatsoever, yesterday, Monday 9th Dec. Apologies that I've forgotten your name, to thank you in person!
Nice staff, poor opening times. Closed 2 days a week, only open for a few hours per day the rest of the time.
Long wait for counter service only 1 cashier on
