Your staff is absolutely useless. Came to ask for help with dealing with my credit card payment issues due to your bank’s mess and wasn’t told anything more that what I can see online myself, plus had to tell you the dates when I transferred the money, what do you get paid for? You clearly have no clue what you are doing or any of your staff. Promised that the payment I made a week ago at some point will reach my account, that I won’t get penalised and it won’t affect my credit score. Just empty promises - just like the company you work for. Was told I can use a phone to phone the credit card people - how is that any help? You haven’t told me anything I can’t look up myself? Just be patient... The cashier, Jo, never apologised for the wait and was very abrupt and couldn’t care less. It’s been 3 weeks that your company messed up so it’s your responsibility to deal with it. I’ll go to the branch again to complain, I will write an official complain. I won’t let this go. Useless staff - what do you all get paid for? I can see online information myself - if that’s all you can tell me maybe you should get a new job as clearly you are useless.

A little unclear that there is just one queue ie cashiers deal with everything. Also I phoned them later . No answer as "dealing with customers". Well I was a customer too. Better to not have a telephone number if you don't have staff to answer.
