staff are totally useless.  i went to bank for deposit to money.  she deposit my wife credit card instead mine.  when i come back check online bank deposit not showing.  i check my wife credit card online and she deposited in my wife credit card.  she was not paying attention.  i cannot belive it how careless non professional staff.
i think TSB should trained their staff more professionally.

I have used this branch for over 10 years, service is great and staff actually know your name and are friendly, as mentioned before opening times could be better but just check the web before you go you'll be fine

Never had any issues with this branch.  As with any bank, it could do with expanded opening hours.  Staff are very friendly and have time for everyone.
