I do wish they had more counter staff . It makes it more personal I can't talk to a machine and find it confusing, had to ask for help today!
Place is terrible now, the bank is ruined, most of the staff go out the way not to help you, good luck getting to the counter to see someone, after 25 years of being a customer im leaving for another bank
They close the counter so you can't use the bank unless using a machine and tell you to come back in 30mins/hour which isn't suitable when you've got a baby wanting a bottle. Banks should be accessible when open!!! Shocking!
I visited the branch this afternoon and cannot praise them enough! Yvonne was simply amazing and Kerry looked after me very well too. Nothing was too much trouble and I’m more than chuffed with what they have done for me and my finances. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

It says Clifton TSB closes at 3:30 pm on a Friday, I’ve just got there to pay in a cheque at 3:20 pm and it’s closed. Oh and both atm’s are out of order so I can’t use that service either.
Nice friendly staff. Not very often queues apart from in the mornings as the older generation prefer to do their banking face to face. Options of using the cash machines outside or inside. Sometimes I use the machines indoors during the winter and when there is a que building up outside.
All round good service staff are very friendly and if you want any help there's always someone to ask great to have such a good local bank
I need to leave this bank staff not bothered always shut machines broke
