I went to the post office for my children's passport photos but was quite pleased to be supported beyond and above, being guided through the whole application process. The service that I received from this post office is second to none and I don't think I'd get the same level of customer care anywhere else. Overall a great service.
Recently used this post office to renew a passport and found the postmaster very helpful and efficient sorting this out for me. We have always found this branch helpful in any service we've required.
Used the post office for passport check and send after a horrendous wait in PO victoria centre just for a firm!! Netherfield were friendly, efficient and the whole thing done in 15 minutes including photo....excellent service and a great little shop as well

We have used this post office regularly for many years, they are always very helpful. Very knowledgeable, helped out with my car tax, DVLA applications etc over the years. Plus a special mention to Ketan for being a massive help with a recent passport application

Always a pleasure to pop in and see these lovely lot. I make a point of always using this branch as they are all so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I'm an online seller, sending parcels and artwork frequently and can't recommend them enough :-
Ketan the postmaster is a LEGEND. I needed lots of help with my passport application and he was so helpful, I came when the shop was really busy so he told me to come back after they'd shut for the day to take my picture and help me with the form, and I had to go back a few times as there were other issues with the application but he was so unbelievably helpful, patient and kind. if ever you've got any kind of issues with those types of forms, go to netherfield post office!!
Really helpful staff. I changed the tax class on my car here and I spoke to staff over the phone first and then went in to the branch and a really helpful lady made the whole process straightforward and streamlined.
They have applications for DVLA, and they do not know that they need to be sent. Since the documents are going to exchange a letter, it costs 1.77 £ + Voucher for 5.38 £. You do not need to confirm the Englishman just sending a letter all right. They can't help or know how to send a letter to DVLA. Very poor service. It's good that I have a trusted post at Meadows, and no one's doing it.
