Lovely helpful and friendly staff. In the middle of the global pandemic I had an issue that couldn't be sorted online or by the call centre. I rang the branch and they couldn't have been more helpful. Got in to see them same day. Only had a short wait. Social distancing was in place so I felt very safe. Distancing did not effect service level. Problem sorted in just a few minutes. Staff were obviously under a lot of pressure stressed customers before me but remained calm and polite.
I would like to thank Kerry Edmond for hers excellent support, she was extremely attentive and she listened to all my concerns with a great deal of patience. She also solved the problem regarding the service I’ve received from a different branch. She has a caring approach and she is a true professional. Please accept my gratitude towards hers speedy and efficient services as well as hers professionalism and superlative skills.
Recently opened a joint account at this branch; very unhappy with the service we have received.and also with the ongoing internet banking system.
Great staff and very helpful
