Liked the sunny airy feel. Has an outside terrace but didn't go upstairs.nService was good and quick and friendly enough.nMezzanine looks good too.nNice surroundings and prices fair.nFood good and tasty.
Excellent food, and good portions. Staff were hard working and pleasant. Just needed one or two more staff as they were run off their feet. Recommended
A must visit for food and drink whilst in Dunoon. There is an outdoor seating area look out for your drinks as the wooden tables are a bit uneven and plenty of indoor seating if the weather is inclement. The food is first class,and the drinks are on par with similar establishments in the area. The staff were polite, prompt, and well presented.
Gorgeous lunch today in the upstairs patio area - lovely staff. Great views across the water.
The service in here was terrible, staff were all dour faced ,waited 1 hour on just our main meal , didn't even acknowledge us when we got our food to see if the food was even OK, the roast dinner that we got was terrible one carrot on the plate and when asked for additional gravy we got told they had ran out ,what kind of chef cant make gravy ,tried sitting disabled mother in law up the stairs even though they had tables down the stairs and we pre booked 2 weeks in advance ,when asked if service was OK and we said no , we were given a dirty look and walked away. We asked for burger in kids meal which was accepted by the girl staff member with the plait ,when we got the bill the kids meal was put through as an adult meal , the coffee we asked for was had spilled and more coffee on the plait than in the cup ,would of put no stars if I could of , staff need to learn to put a smile on there face
