Drastically gone downhill since the take over of 'Better', which I can assure it is not. Staff are now unfortunately more concerned with chatting amongst themselves than teaching. There doesn't seem to be any or much value in the customers now. They say they struggle to get people to join up classes yet pay little attention to those who do turn up. Very sadly I'll be going elsewhere now. Always loved Truro pool but it's just not very welcoming anymore. The booking system is utterly ridiculous. Website couldn't be more unfriendly. When asking staff members to assist with the online aspect, they didn't know what they were doing either. Such a shame.
Love the swimming pool, but be super careful of Gemini Parking charges. The whole thing is a scam and unfortunately we’ll never use the pool again because of it.
Great swimming pool, friendly staff and clean changing facilities. All good.
My daughter learns to swim here and it's been great, little tricky to find the parking, clean, friendly and relaxed.

Rip off merchants Daughter accidentally booked a pair of tickets and her friend also did, they refused to refund the duplicate set. Disgusting. Especially when it’s appallingly overpriced to start with! Lifeguards are absolutely lovely though.
Excellent centre, professional, friendly staff. Better selection of classes to meet other better centres would be good. More attention to cleaning changing rooms in evening especially and always not to make changing rooms so wet you cannot change in them
Good changing facilities and great early opening times
Friendly staff and good facilities. Just be careful when parking, even if you have proof of visit they will not cancel parking penalty if you forget to put registration number in.
1 star mainly for the fact I made a complaint that needed dealing with and solving, that was nearly 2 weeks ago now and still no response other than a note back to say received. The received email said I should have an official reply within 3 days. Nothing received! . So I emailed again via the contact form on the website a few days after the 3 days, no response. I then emailed again 3-4 days after that time, still No response! . I would have been happy to keep my complaint to myself really but the way they neglect to bother replying is just ridiculous, soon as the bank holiday is over I will be attempting to contact them by phone. Unfortunately it’s difficult to contact them by any form other than a form via the website! The online chat is useless and I have tried the Facebook page not that long ago so we will see if I get any response. This has really put me off going to any of there branches ever again as it seems complaints aren’t taken seriously and are just ignored. My complaint also meant I asked for my money back as a way to help resolve the issue as I signed up for a monthly direct debit for swimming lessons which I won’t be taking due to the nature of my complaint so maybe that’s why they are neglecting to Reply. If they’d replied and tried to sort the issue with me id be happy to attend there centres again but just not for swimming lessons.
