After a back injury, I needed some help to get back to a good level of fitness without damaging myself further. Above all I needed someone I could trust. Dan is professional, engaging, knowledgeable, and challenging in the most positive sense of the word. I am now in better shape than I have been in a long time thanks to my PT sessions, and more than that, I'm enjoying exercise for the first time in a long time. I can't recommend Dan highly enough.
Finding myself in a routine that lacked physical activity, I was overweight and generally unfit. I approached Dan and he put together a programme to reduce my weight, up my cardio endurance and review my diet. Through Dans sound science based programme I am now 15kg lighter, much stronger and have a complete new body shape and posture. I now have energy and clarity of mind to face the day. I would highly recommend Dan whatever your personal fitness goals

On top of that, Dans positive attitude to life is quite intoxicating. I would not hesitate to recommend Dan.
