There r times when Buses r taken off 2 staff shortish of drivers ,and very frustrating if u have hospital or GP apptts. Other services r very gd which is why I gave it 5. stars.However ,there is always room 4 improvement which must b addressed !!.Reasonanable fares from Redruth 2 Cubert .Many thanks Shirley Sweeney Cubert
It could be so much nicer, people vaping and smoking in shelter isn't pleasant. Some people queue in the most bizarre ways or just randomly hang around. Never seem to get any guidance re buses when needed and when you ask a driver never very helpful.
Lots of D&O's, making their final journey to Penzance or Newquay maybe. Apart from all the smokers ignoring NO SMOKING notices, it's a good efficient station with friendly and helpful staff, despite all the abuse they get.
Conveniently located near to the shops, cathedral and other amenities in the city centre. Served by all First Kernow buses and out of town TfC services plus National Express coaches. Facilities include toilets, waiting room and plenty of cover.
Was a bit lost on how and where to get the next bus but I got wonderful assistance from one of the bus drivers!!!!
