I went to this restaurant for breakfast and it was really good!!! I ordered Welsh style sandwich and it was delicious! The service was great. Also the price was good too. I would really recommend for tourists who want to try something traditional!
I love this place. Been going there for years. Good food, price for town centre good. Chef very good. We queried worster sauce not being suitable for vegetarians and he went out of his way to reassure us. Thumbs up
If you are in Cardiff. Then this place is great for a breakfast. Really tasty. Great service and good value
Good food decent prices. They have a nice range of homey food and some lovely desserts. Lovely staff, nice and clean a bit outdated. The only disappointing thing was that the cost of the softdrinks they were quite expensive. I would still recommend to my friends though.
Had a lovely breakfast here. Light and fluffy scrambled eggs and perfectly cooked poached eggs for my son. Even the little pot of tea was just perfect. Great start to the day!
Waited half an hour for our drinks to arrive after asking for them for a second time. Following this the food arrived fifteen minutes later. Food was missing sides and other meals had sides that were not ordered. Only on re asking did we get the correct sides for our meals. Overall not a great experience
Inedible food poorly served, to be followed by angry stares after complaining. No offer of any money off or back, hardly even an apology. This used to be a nice little cafe well worth a visit, sadly not any more.
Friendly staff, excellent food, get more than what you pay for. One of your favourite places to eat
Lovely homemade food at a good price
One of the few places serving good plain food in Cardiff city centre. Always full and friendly staff. But I think now under new ownership and now not so good smaller portions and poor chips. A last resort now.
