NOT VERY GOOD AT THEIR JOB. The lady working here is terrible, firstly the pedicure consisted of me putting my feet in a tub then she used a large razor to shave my feet!!! she cut me with the razor causing me to bleed a lot. very rough with hands, my nails were burning while she was filing them, no apologies. then she convinced me to let her infill my previously well done lashes, she added about 15 lashes!!! - all of which were much longer than the lashes she was infilling, so long they even drooped down further than my bottom eye!!! she didn't give me a mirror so when i got home and looked i was shocked and had to go back! she tried again but still terrible. It was as if the lady was blind. Argued with me in shop and refused to give refund. So  told her id take pictures and write review. I spent £70 in this shop for rough and DANGEROUS TECHNIQUES, bad customer service

I would usually get my eyebrows threaded here yet the day I went in to get them threaded the lady wasn't there yet the men was. The man who confronted me as I walked in offered to do my eyebrows however he could only wax therefore he waxed them. I was convinced by him that it's pretty much the same as threading, it takes the same time to grow back. So I said yes as I was desperate to get them done at this point. In my opinion he put the wax on too quickly and clearly wasn't paying attention to where he was putting it because when he finished them I realised one was much bigger than the other. One eyebrow was in the shape of a line, the other was shaped thick how I like my eyebrows. Lucky for me, I'm talented at filling in my brows and making them look the same and I've now had to wait for them to grow back for now over 4 weeks or so. I've had to continue drawing them on which is annoying as the reason I went to get them done was so I could show of my NATURAL brows. I was very upset because my eyebrows were the best feature of my face but now I've had to change most my makeup routine. Not fair. Never trust a man with your brows girlies, your regret it. 💔

I came in today, I told a man that I was new in the area , and was looking for a new nail bar , big mistake ! The place was dirty very scruffy , after sitting there for 10 mins, not that I minded that as I just walked in off the street, I should of just walked out then ,when I saw how old some of the  vanishes were, I had a deluxe pedicure lol it took 15 mins then 20 min under a heater to dry the vanish, all my nails are uneven ! My feet are so sore ! I have had to cancel going out this evening .He was so ruff and rushed he split the skin under my toe, I would normally complain but I felt very uneasy , my nails also were not filed properly and in fact he missed one of my big toe nails out completely, I have never exprenced anything like it before, I would also like to add that I have been having pedicures for many years and in different places as I travel a lot !!

I go here to get my eyebrows threaded and waxed. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Lovely lady who runs the place.
