Mark Way is sadly unreliable - came on a Sunday as en emergency call out and was really helpful and sorted out the problem. I asked for a service and have sent numerous texts and have had responses however despite promising to let me know he never does. He said he'd ordered a part to fix the water loss in the system .... I am having to top up the water every day as a result As a result I have held out waiting for him for many weeks and now have to find another plumber Avoid

I wouldn't hesitate to use Mark and the team at Troubled Waters again. The first time I used them was during the winter months when my boiler packed up - they checked it the same day and came back the next morning (when promised) to fix it. The most recent time was for a new bathroom! I'm delighted I trusted the work to them, they did an excellent job, within the time they said and for the price they quoted. I've recommended them to friends and will do so again.
