Very good company. Fixed our boiler quickly and didn't charge the earth either. They were very informative, explaining what the boiler issue was. Will use Heppelthwaite the Red Van Plumbers again and recommend to anyone thinking of using them.

I have used this company at least four times for toilet and a kitchen tap in my house.  I find them friendly and very professional.  I did have a few problems with one engineer who I think was let go after he did order the wrong parts  and I had to stay in four times to get a toilet fixed but this company sorted the problem quickly and even when the bill was incorrect, they sorted that the same day.  I would certainly use them again, as even if there are mistakes the owners take it very seriously and always sort out the bills.  I know some companies that just take the money and don't fix the problem at all or don't even call you back

Absolutely awful.Wanted a service done asap as was due a baby they came looked and said parts needed replacing they would send through a quote for the work. Never received. Week later I chased them still nothing received. Gave up and went elsewhere! Then got a email chasing me for payment.... for what??! Got in touch to be told emails probably in spam, no they got my name wrong after telling them numerous times and spelling out my email address. They had my number to call me but didn't bother. They have charged us £90 just to say we needed parts changing!!

Another great service so another positive comment from me. Always confident with your service and thanks for the quick response. 

Boiler wasn't firing up. I have an office based at my home and have 3 people working with me. The house was freezing cold but Heppelthwaite the Red Van Plumbers attended that morning, and got it working again. Thank you.

i  waited in all day for an A.M appointment, eventually i called at 1pm to be told it would be P.M but they would call me to tell me approx  time. No one called so i called again at 4.45pm to get an answerphone message informing me someone would get back to me.
No one did, however a grumpy and surly engineer did  turn up at 5.17pm without any equipment or enthusiasm. 
he said someone would get back in touch with me the following day...... its 3.35 pm and still i wait with baited breath.
Would i recommend them ? what do you think
