What a fabulous, helpful bunch the club shop is! Great for parts and advice. As are all members locally and nationally! I would’ve given up on my late husband’s car many years ago if it wasn’t for my local group and would not have got home from Goodwood last year without the wider national members who went above and beyond to get me back on the road.
A very interesting visit for anyone who is into triumph cars especially the herald vitesse and gt6.nI am guessing people who own these or are local to this place already know about it.nSorry I do old Supras but I still enjoyed looking around the little gem of a place and the guys on site that run it are very chatty and helpful.nIf you are going to be passing check it out, it's not that easy to find and parking is limited.nCheck the opening times before going as the times can vary as I think it's volunteer run by the club.nYou can get a coffee or tea on site and the toilets are clean and tidy.nEnjoy...
Pointless club , offers no value to members, no recognition of membership with suppliers.nCar valuations back by insurance company, not much difference to other insurance companies offering the same service for freenOrganization central members are abusive when questioned.ngetting pressured by club to change review !!nchoose your club carefully ,do your homework .ask questions of benefits of being a member , Ask what do i get for my money !ntheres plenty of other clubs out there on the global platform
A great venue for anyone interested in Triumph cars from the late 1950's 1960's and 1970's especially the small chassis models including the Herald, Vitesse, Spitfire, GT6 & Bond Equipé. The club also caters for all Triumph models. It is the Headquarters of the Triumph Sports Six Club and the club has been at this location since the early 1990's and improved upon since taking over the site. There is a very extensive range of items and memorabilia on display including a Triumph Motor Co. demonstrator Herald chassis with cut away parts showing the working internal parts, a Spitfire chassis and running gear and some very rare and interesting models. There is also a library of books and magazines. A fascinating place to visit. Some spare parts and memorabilia are also available to purchase.
What an awesome place hidden away in this village courtyard. A shop with car parts and a museum. Fantastic. Well worth a visit!
