Excellent taxi firm highly recommended

Booking process was beautifully smooth - booked online. Got email and text confirmation. Needed to change time later - one email and text confirmation later, all sorted. Text updates when driver is on their way with description of car. Both drivers lovely and friendly. All in all a pleasure to do business with.

When I called to book this taxi, I enquired as go how much the journey would cost and was told £8-10. Upon arrival I was informed that it was double time and my fare was £15.30. there was no mention of this when I booked the taxi and I felt cheated and humiliated. I will never use or recommend this firm ever again!
