Despite a serious fear of the dentist, trinity house made me feel very comfortable from the first visit. The staff were very welcoming and were happy to answer any questions I had, and it was nice to see how modern and well kept the place is.

After a few visits, my braces are now off and I have perfectly straight teeth. I’d recommend this place to anyone! Trinity were extremely easy to deal with, and always tried to put my needs first in terms of making appointments and putting me at ease.

I was 11 when I had my first appointment to get my moulds and everything done, I was told I would be put on the 2 year waiting list, three years went by and I hadn't heard anything so we went back and they retook my moulds and told me I would be put on the waiting list even though I should have had them for free by then. As I had been waiting so long we ended up going privately and paying for them.

I've now had the braces on a year and on my last appointment he said I would be ready to have them off next time, however I went today and had a different person to do my teeth and they said I would need at least another 4 month. I keep getting mixed messages about it all and it's very unprofessional.

When the consultant could be bothered to see us he proceeded to tell us nothing was wrong, luckily one of the trainees called him back to have another look and then was told he would need a brace but  my sons teeth weren't within the spectrum for it fitting free by the nhs but they could do it if we were willing to pay £2000.  Fortunately our dentist sent us somewhere else for a 2ND opinion and he is well in the spectrum for the brace, they also found he has a twisted jaw and are fixing that too.

Very busy place,staff are very professional and helpful.Word of warning always accompany any child under 18 or the work won't be done.Bring money for pay and display car park too.

Trying to book a simple emergency appointment  with this orthodontist was a nightmare. The receptionist staff member who answered the phone was very rude and unhelpful and also commented on how our local dentist could not do anything to solve the problem which he did in a matter of seconds
