We bought both our engagement and wedding rings from Trinity Goldsmiths and we cannot recommend them highly enough. As a man going engagement ring shopping I was a bit out of my depth, but Colleen was able to put my mind at ease and help me identify a ring based on the characteristics I wanted. There was then no doubt that we would return to buy our wedding rings. Colleen and the team were able to accommodate our needs at a reasonable price. We are thrilled with our rings and would not hesitate to use Trinity Goldsmiths again. Thoroughly recommend to anyone! Andrew & Anna
I have just had my engagement ring repaired here. It was 22 years old and one of the diamonds had fallen out. I have just collected my ring and am over the moon. It looks as good as new! A new setting was made for all the diamonds in the ring and it looks like it did the day I bought it. I would highly recommend this jewellers. Thank you for doing such a good job at a very reasonable price.

First bought our amazing Art Deco engagement ring from here 13 years ago. Dedicated, knowledgable staff, many of whom have been there for years. Lots of great choice & always have what you are looking for. Just purchased a beautiful pear cut ring for our 10 year anniversary, its perfect. Thanks again. Give them a try highly recommend.
Trinity Goldsmiths has been our families jewellers since before I was born and now it still is for a 4th Generation! I would never buy jewellery from anywhere else.
My fiancé bought my beautiful ring from this shop a year ago, it unfortunately was too big for me after loosing some weight so we came in for it to be resized. The lady behind the counter was lovely and knowledgeable and I was quoted 10 days until it was ready, but 4 days later we received the call to come and collect it! Amazing customer service

I have nothing but praise for Trinity Jewellers. They sell beautiful items, but what really sets them apart is their extraordinary customer service: Val was patient, good-humoured and kind, and followed up the sale with professionalism, attention and care. In an age where most of our purchases are electronic and impersonal, the 'old school' service of Trinity Jewellers is an absolute delight - thank you. I recommend them highly.
Lovely second hand art deco jewellery. We are regular customers unfortunately i recently asked for an insurance quote to replace a piece id bought from them that had become accidently damaged. Sadly i was told they don't do them i was going 2 by a replacement piece from them, not now
we visited the shop to look at engagement rings and Coleen was very welcoming and got out a wide range of rings for trying on, taking off, walking round in, looking in mirrors to see how it looked on the hand, Coleen wore them to show how they looked etc. she spent ages with us and there was never any pressure. she even warned against some rings which didnt suit my partner. We left after around 90 minutes having bought nothing. We did return a couple of weeks later as we felt comfortable buying from her which after another couple of hours, we eventually did buy the ring my partner admired the most on our first trip which was polished and resized so that it sits perfectly on her hand and doesnt twist so that its in optimum viewing point. As we were so comfortable with her we have since returned to buy a significant tennis bracelet which is beautiful and was chosen with the advice of Coleen. I have recommended them to friends and family for their fantastic no pressure service and dedication to find what you want and not what they want to sell you. Well done
